Bob in general a person living in a city will have a Ham station
nearest using the band(s) that are open. Today that is all under 10 MHz
most of the day. As the sunspot cycle grows the higher bands are
popular. If you have one of the about 60 moon bounce stations near you
then you might get some interference. But as a rule...
