OO Impress question.

In the past I'm sure there was a way to change the application with
which OO Impress opens hyperlinks in a presentation (in particular I'd
like to be able to start the link with xine). However I now can't find
it anywhere. Does anyone recall where to find the option or know if it
has been removed?

I do seem to recall that it was just a single choice so I had to change
things so that ALL hyperlinks in the presentation would be opened with
xine.
