How to change soundcard

I don't have a step-by-step, but if you can get the gstreamer name of
the device, you should be able to set this in gconf. (I think in gutsy,
this is exposed in the UI).

This is what I use to direct rhythmbox to output to my bluetooth
headsite:

gconftool -t string -s /system/gstreamer/0.10/default/musicaudiosink
"alsasink device=bluetooth"
