I really hate newbees who think Ubuntu is all Linux.
Ubuntu has really set the pace for the user desktop environment.
It has really made Linux very easy to use, especially for newbees who
think Linux is all Point and click.

But Linux is Linux. You should be able to manage...no matter what
distro.

Learn to use apt-get, rpm, compile your own source...Learn,
Rakotomandimby......PLEASE LEARN!

If you use linux and don't know how to compile your own source...please
learn or uninstall.


Ubuntu team are linux users too, just like you and me. If you think
Ubuntu is only GUI. Please go back to WINDOWS.

You should then switch to another distro.
Knowing the effort made by the ubuntu team to package software, it is
