Creating an xorg.conf file on the fly

Xorg 7.3 will mostly be able to run without a config file, at least
without monitor, graphic device, and screen sections. It won't be in
Gutsy, though: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/xorg7.3
