No worries. I only remembered it because I had the same problem and
contributed to the bug report.
For the OP:
$ sudo apt-get install kfloppy
Then go to Applications|Accessories|Kfloppy
it's easier than bothering with an new gnome-utilities and/or installing
gfloppy from the .tz.
