Computer wont restart if turned off

Hi, and thank you for your answer.
I will wait until I really need to shut my computer off and I'll try to
change the battery before to turn it back on. I'll let you know if that
worked. ( It is possible that I won't shut it off before a month or more so
don't worry if there is no news for a while)
