apt-get upgrade 404 errors.

I keep getting 404 errors when attempting updates and installs.  I've
tried several different mirrors and all of them give me errors (not
necessarily on the same files though).

I've seen this in the past but it's always just been a problem with one
mirror.

So, I'm back to archive.ubuntu.com (slow, but at least it's got all the
files it claims to have).

I would think that if a mirror didn't sync, then it would be missing all
and not just *some* files.
