Step 1 and a half: Ask your brother why he would need Fedora when
there is already a solid distro available on your computer. Maybe
he'll be just happy with Ubuntu after all. Note that I would suggest
exactly the same thing if you already had Fedora and wanted to add
Ubuntu.
