Question concerning GRUB

Hi List

This laptop is dualbooting doze and Feisty (Feisty is the primary OS of
course).  My doze needs to be reinstalled.  Since M$ will overwrite the
boot record, I need to know how to reinstall grub from the LiveCD.  I 
found some informations from Google, but I just want to be sure of what 
I'm doing before I start...

Here's my HD partition layout:

/dev/hda1: windows
/dev/hda5: /boot
/dev/hda6: swap
/dev/hda7: /
