I believe somebody has already mentioned it... Bastille Linux.
It should NOT be the only tool you use but it SHOULD be one of them. It's
one of the first things I do when I deploy a server.
If nothing else, after you have finished going through all of the prompts
you will have very good starting point and some basic grasp about Linux and
UNIX OS hardening. It has plenty of documentation for each step/prompt
that's displayed just before you are asked to make a decision... Strongly
recommend you go through it.
