aproblem with ubuntu fiesty 7.04

I have dell inspiron 6400:
graphics card-> ati mobility radeon X1400,
ram->1gb.
processor->intelcore 2 , 4 mb cache

here is my configuration

The driver for your graphics card (or the hardware itself) does not
provide every functionality that is needed for the 3D desktop. What
graphics card do you have?
