installation problem(help plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz)

hi every body,
I have sucessfully entered the graphical interface of ubuntu after the xserver error "screen not found "  I have had  , I clicked on isnstall icon then came to the partetioning , I choosed it manully , then I chossed a specific partetion then clicked forward , i got a warning i dont undestand it

(File system doesn't have expected sizes for Windows to like it. Cluster size is 2k (1k expected); number of clusters is 24026 (47959 expected); size of FATs is 94 sectors (188 expected).)

do i continue ? and dont care for this warning or what can i do?
