How to play VCD in ubuntu feisty

How to play VCD in ubuntu feisty:
Dear  All,
When i inserting a VCD in drive totem display
following error:
	"Totem could not play 'VCD:///media/cdrom0'.
	 There is no input plugin to handle the location of
this movie"

I searching in the web and finding many different way
to viewing VCD on ubuntu.
But yet i can't see VCD in Ubuntu.
please help me step by step,"How to play VCD in
Ubuntu".
