See vsftpd.conf in the /etc directory.
Enable or disable anonymous login
[snip]
anonymous_enable=yes
no_anon_password=no
As of home directory....normally in /var or /var/lib directory, it is
the home directory of user=vsftpd or ftp in /etc/passwd
Cheers

Subject: ftp directory
List,
my ubuntu runs vsftpd as ftp server. And my second
machine could only ftp and login as anonymous. When
login to ftp server, what subdirectory it should be on
my ubuntu?
