This happens for me, when I previously and unsuccessfully tried to open
the video with amarok.
Strangely this error sometimes goes away after a while but most often I
need to restart KDE (I am working with Kubuntu 7.04).
Independantly of this opening error, be sure to have the codecs
installed, as mentioned by Niels.
