HELP(I Have A Problem In Installation)

hi waleed,
I have a laptop dell inspiron 6400

Try turn off your network adapters (Ethernet & wireless) via BIOS if you can, then start the installation.-----> how can i do that?

1- Do you have laptop or workstation?

2- Try turn off your network adapters (Ethernet & wireless) via BIOS if you can, then start the installation.

3- If it is working fine after the installation you need follow up the steps to fix adapters issues as you see in the following links below:

first i ensured the hashes are matched
then burned the cd
while booting
i checked the option "check cd for defects" and there were no defections
then i clicked "start or install ubuntu"
then it chcked every thing then an error message appeared
"microcode"bcm43xx_microcode5.fw" not avalible or load failed " every time i install the cd
plz reply me as fast as possible
