The only way to do it is to "transfer" it's database to your dns server. You
can try by making your dns server as the slave of it (of course you will not
be able to do it if the administrator restrict the transfer for trusted
slaves only). But then, you will need to know which zones/domains are handled
by it. In short, it's quite impossible.
