Hi
Ok then, what type of file is being downloaded? That it says there's support
for said file suggests to me there's nothing associated with the filetype in
order to run it. If it's a type of archive file (zip, rar, gz, etc) then
maybe you don't have a suitable archiving program installed yet. If it's a
windows executable (an exe file) the you'll need wine installed to run it.
I'd say it's a good bet you just don't have the required software installed
yet to open the particular filetype
