/dev/sda:
Timing cached reads: 624 MB in 2.00 seconds = 311.73 MB/sec
Timing buffered disk reads: 172 MB in 3.01 seconds = 57.10 MB/sec
Seems fast enough to me. However it's still strange the box is very
slow (eg logging in via ssh takes long until you are prompted for the
password, starting screen is slow apt-get is slow), i thought the hd
could be the problem because hdparm /dev/sda showed just 16 Bit for IO
support.
