Are you absolutely sure. I found examples, either
googling or in the muttrc.examples, that had some with
and without uppercase M.

Have read it and like all linux manuals they more
confuse me than help but will review it again.  BTW,
there is no reference to any /var*mail dir in the
Muttrc file in /etc.  Shouldn't there be?
