[Problem solved] RE: Proftpd error (may related to Webmin)

I found the mistake - it did limit SSH to one group and forgot that SCP
needs both (proftpd and SSH)

That's the problem - there is nothing in the logs except the error related
to IPV6
 (protocol not available) which didn't cause any problems in the past

Then what's in the proftpd logs for the rejected users?
What is the FTP server response?
