problem with title bar

hai,

my name is daniel and have some question to you guys.
i was just install ubuntu 7.10 to my laptop last saturday and after completed
installation gone to restart system. and when i came in to desktop ubuntu
and i used some aplication, i found that the title bar (the upper one that hav : title, close, minimize,
unmiximize) wasn't usually ... like more bigger than usually (the size) and the font too.
ohh ya, ... when i login, i had the same problem.

Maybe one of you guys could give me solution ..
