Gutsy upgrade question: Manually downloading some packages using wget

Oh, now I see what you mean.. Copy the files to
/var/cache/apt/archives .. and then use dpkg to install all the files
in there.. No, hmmmm, I have not tried that.. Perhaps I will, unless
there are any other suggestions..?
