Agree completely that it should be behind a firewall, but if you also change
the default port, enable ssl and have strong passwords, it is as safe as
most circumstances should require.
What I have found the most useful is being able to allow customer service
and first levels of tech support access according to their needs. The
security in Webmin is very fine tunable.
