For me, webmin is the best.  I use it on all my linux based computers 
(desktops, laptops and servers) for a long time now. It even offers a 
deb file and supports the Ubuntu way (config files location, sudo...)

Webmin has a good mailing list if you ever need support, and usually, 
the developpers themselves are offering solutions or quick fix, directly 
on the ML...
