Gusty server on Thinkpad T42p

After instaling the 7.10 server,on my T42p at reboot  have the message

PANIC : CPU too old for this kernel ...

I have installed an old XUBUBTU 7.06 then upgraded to 7.10 and it run
perfectly on my Pentium M.


The intel chipset is i855PM/FSB.

Where is the problem with Gusty install as an upgrade run?
