Recommendation: good file compare program ?

it look like ubuntu guys use some program for auto generate the x
configuration file.
(may be this is the new X version feature? I am not sure).

just one configuration is work. it's name "xorg.conf" the other files is
backup, I think

you can use diff for compare those files.
