Data CD Problem

I have a data CD that I need to read documents off of. When inserted,
it mounts automatically. When looking at the nautilus file browser is
shows the directory structure and files. But the icon for each
individual file is a red square with an "X" and attempting to open the
files fails. An attempt to copy a file fails with the complaint that I
do not have permissions. Other data CDs work fine. (This one was
commercially produced) It works fine on a windows Xp machine.

Anyone have any thoughts on how I can troubleshoot? Or what to do
next? Below are the applicable lines from mtab and fstab.

patton at Mycroft:~$ cat /etc/mtab | grep cdrom0
/dev/scd0 /media/cdrom0 iso9660 ro,noexec,nosuid,nodev,user=patton 0 0

patton at Mycroft:~$ cat /etc/fstab | grep cdrom0
/dev/cdrom /media/cdrom0 udf,iso9660 user,noauto 0 0

Oh, BTW, system is IBM R40 running Feisty.

TXS, Patton
