Internet/bluetooth problem

I want to access the internet through my Samsung SGH-E250 Cellphone.
  I am using Ubuntu 6.06 LTS 64 bit.
  I have a bluetooth dongle.
  When I try to pair my pc with Cellphone, from the phone, my cellphone says that it is unable to pair, but it does find the pc on my phone.
  I am new to Ubuntu and can't even run normal programs! For instance when I want to watch a movie it tells me that it doesn't want to work.
