On my Gutsy install (installed as Feisty and upgraded) I have System ->
Time and Date under the standard XFCE Applications menu. From there you
can select 'Keep synchronised with Internet servers' in the Confugration
drop down (instead of manual). It will then automatically install ntp if
necessary and the section below changes from a calendar to a button to
Select Servers. The only problem I've got is that the Synchronise now
button is greyed out. The time looks OK though, so I've not investigated
further yet. It's greyed out in the help pages as well though!
