This is a DNS error - there is no entry for a host named
'wine.lowvoice.nl' in the DNS. The error is not caused by the
upgrade, but appears to be a change that the DNS admins for lowvoice.nl
have made.

According to the wine website, http://www.winehq.org/site/download-deb,
the packages are available from http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt.
There is also a wine package in the Ubuntu repositories:
tim at marvin:~$ apt-cache policy wine
wine:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 0.9.47~winehq0~ubuntu~7.10-1
  Version table:
     0.9.47~winehq0~ubuntu~7.10-1 0
        500 http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt gutsy/main Packages
     0.9.46-0ubuntu1 0
        500 http://nz2.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu gutsy/universe Packages
