GUI

Hi,

 

I have downloaded the iso image of ubuntu server 7.0.4 and installed the
same on my machine. How do I get the GUI interface. I am quite new to
linux and hence do not know any commands. I read the various help forums
which were all confusing like use sudo apt-get install
....gnome-desktop, ubuntu-desktop, kde. I have downloaded the iso image
of ubuntu desktop but it loads on my windows XP but does not show any
installation options. I have also downloaded kubuntu desktop. What do I
do now???
