stupid little problem with applets

I have installed sensors-applet 1.7.12 on my Dell laptop . . . no problem .
. . I am not sure it is reading the temperature correctly but even that
isn't a real problem because it gives me a relative idea  what the CPU temp
is running. The problem is I have TWO of them on the menu bar. Removing one
removes both . . . also there is a temperature difference of two degrees
between the two applets. Any ideas on how I can have just one running
instead of two?
