Thanks, tried isomaster & on a 7.5G iso it takes 100% CPU & after about
an hour I gave up. I'll give Brian's K9copy suggestion a try.

I think the basic problem (in my case) is not knowing which files on the
DVD really need to be written out to make it useable as a smaller
useable copy. Don't know which "chapters etc" to keep & which to delete.
I think I need to google to figure out the structure(s) so that I better
understand how these things are put together.
