Package: console-setup
Version: 1.16ubuntu5
Severity: normal

The arabic fonts are slim (making them not easy to read) compared to
latin fonts in the same font file. For example I am using
Uni1-VGA16.psf.gz font (according to what I understand from
/etc/default/console-setup, which values are included in this report), I
used a software called "nafe" (http://nafe.sf.net) to convert this font
file to text, and I found that the thickness of latin fonts is 2
(pixels?) while thickness of arabic fonts is 1 (pixel ?). Here I am
including the output of nafe for 2 characters: the Latin b character &
Arabic baa' character:

##################### Begin: Latin b character #################

 XX XX
 XX XX
 XXXXX

##################### End: Latin b character #################
