[Dapper] Bind9 not recursing

     Interesting; that resolves...without changing nameservers. Others 
didn't need that...looks like I might find a clue hiding in there!

     It still doesn't explain why, in normal operation, I have to wait 
for it to lookup google.com/slashdot.org/whatever both times when I go 
there twice.  But this is a good start- thanks!

     (I'm an nslookup old-timer...)
