Looking for advices for a AGP VGA Video Card

Hello,

I 'm looking for a agp video card with OpenGL 2.0 support and a VGA out
connection beause 3D apps like Blender or K-3D or Games freeze
when I launch it... (is that really because my video card (a ATI RAGE
128) is too old ???)

I'm thinking about a card with 7600 GS chipset or, but it's a bit
more expensive, a 7600 GT chipset.

In fact I don't know if the best solution is to buy a expensive video
card or upgrade completly  my hardware.
