Install difficulties

Hello Everyone

After I've read the information about ubuntu, I decided to try it out. However, I have difficulties with the installation. Is there a quick and easy way to load the accessibility tools? (I do need speech at least to make sure I can install the os all by myself.) I'm blind and using a notebook, so use of the mouse is inpossible ,for me in any way...
