Help!

Hi Leonardo,

Can you please change the debug log level to be higher? It can be used 
for debugging the issue you meet. BTW, checked the attachment, useless. 
It shows nothing. I think if it is related to gnome. You can remove the 
user and create a new account for accessing. It's the quick solution for 
this issue I think.
