Start vino-server from command line?

For some reason, following this latest Gutsy update my vino-server no
longer starts up on reboot on my server. As a result I can no longer VNC
into the box. Before I drag the box out and connect a monitor, keyboard
& mouse to it, does anyone know how to start the vino-server from the
command line?

I can webmin into the box, so I can issue basic commands etc.
