I don't think they came from Medibuntu, since they only have updates for
kaffein, amarok, and k3b: http://medibuntu.sos-sts.com/packages.php

Also, you can check where updates would come from with the command line
"apt-policy check <package>". For example, I have an update for gedit
waiting, and apt-get policy tells me what I have installed, what I would
install and where it comes from:

apt-cache policy gedit
gedit:
  Installed: 2.20.1-0ubuntu2
  Candidate: 2.20.1-0ubuntu3
  Version table:
     2.20.1-0ubuntu3 0
        500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com gutsy/main Packages
 *** 2.20.1-0ubuntu2 0
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
