Conceptronic internal PCI TV card with FM stereo. CTVFMi version 2.0

Hello Ubunutu users,

I post a message to this list because I have a problem with my
hardware. Someone gave me a tv-fm card and I bought an antenna to
receive tv and fm.
I tried with different applications and can't get any signal for the tv.

TVFM card: Conceptronic internal PCI TV card with FM stereo. CTVFMi
version 2.0

Ubuntu sees the card and load the bttv kernel module.

I can't play TV on zapping or xaw tv or kdetv. No sound no video...

With Windows XP there is a setting "antenna" but not with bttv module.
And there is no settings related to the begian set of frequencies for
audio and video.

Have someone succeed to watch TV with this card on Ubuntu? 
Is there an how-to somewhere for this card ?
