Upstart questions.

Yes, this is the traditional method.  But AFAIK upstart was invented to
reorganize the boot process.  Thus it should make sure required modules
are loaded before starting services that depend on specific modules.
I am still confused about all the consequences of the upstart changes.
How do I define this dependency?
