VServer on Feisty 2.6.20

Hi,

I tried to compile the Ubuntu linux-kernel 2.6.20-16 patched with the 
patch-2.6.20.20-vs2.2.0.4.diff but I got compile errors:

Have you some fix ?

I don't see any vserver built kernel on Ubuntu Feisty as it exist on 
Debian why ?
