Pan Question

I'm running the latest in gutsy (0.129), and I can get a 2pane display
(View/Layout/Show Body Pane), but I can't get it to create a new window
when displaying the body), so the answer to the conjunction of your
questions is "NO".

My understanding is that it's "under construction"
