AMD64 vs. i386, any new observations?

Right, well, I was asking about wine, since that was the original
suggestion (to use flash and shockwave under wine).

I personally have been using flash+nspluginwrapper on my amd64 desktop
with gutsy, and it works fine for me, but of course, no shockwave, since
that's only available on Windows.
