Plus, of course, these pages also explain changes that cannot be
expressed as package dependencies at all, such as adding users to
groups, etc. Of course if you skip a release, you still need to observe
these things and do what's needed. E.g., just because you might skip
Feisty does not mean you can ignore this piece of the manual upgrades
notes for Feisty: "If you do not have the admin group on your system
(e.g. because you upgraded all the way back from warty) it will be added
during the upgrade. Make sure to add your sudo user(s) to it."
