Gutsy/Windows Dual Boot

I have determined that the Windows installation is on my disk.  I have
attempted to use the Windows Recovery Console to make it bootable, but,
no matter what I do, Ubuntu boots.  I suppose that this is better than
Windows always booting, but, I need to occasionally use Windows.  When I
boot, I get the messages - "GRUB loading, please wait" and "Enter 'ESC'
to enter the menu'.  If I press 'ESC', I am presented with only Ubuntu
Options.
