I've been using Ubuntu on my PowerPC, G4-based Mac Mini for a while now
(since some time in the beginning of 2006).

I believe MacIntel Mini's work with recent releases, too, but I don't
have one, so I can't say for sure. I had some trouble with one last
year, but I think those issues have been worked out.
